My projects are:
Vertical Farm (it has become very comprehensive and developed) - 12 pages - alone - building
Library - 10 pages - group project - building
New Orleans Health care - 8 pages - all alone - building
Tessatrek - 8 pages - Clay and myself - product
VaporNET - 10 pages - group charette - product
Four spreads on Digital Manufacturing Processes which includes PROXY since my role was to do material studies with the laser cutter - Singular/ group with PROXY - 10 pages - product
Abstract Art - 6 pages - all alone - art
Now, Caban wrote me a rec, so I feel inclined to keep the library and then take out New Orleans. It is also more developed obviously because it is a group project. However, that would mean that most of my projects were group or partner. I do not know if this is taboo to have so many group projects. Or, I could just throw it all in and say screw it. If anyone has ideas on group vs. singular work, then can you send it my way. I could use the advice. I would like to cut out one project to make the entire thing around 60 - 62 which includes again the non-project pages.
I am also looking at balance between architecture and product. Again suggestions...pleeeeeaaaasssseeee :(

Just pick your favorites. Simple. And group smoot. You have the Farm as a individual project for sure and I'm pretty sure that shows that you're plenty capable on your own. Don't worry about technicalities. Pick the projects that you were, and are still most excited about.
I agree with temples. It wasnt really your choice on whether you had to work with a group or not, and the colleges should recognize this. That being said, just go with your strongest projects. From the look of it you do have a lot of individual/one partner work in there anyways , and the vertical farm being that extensive means you put a lot of work into it just by yourself. So I think you are good. Good luck!

Lauren Mitchell and I had a conversation about this before I left Clemson. She said just to make sure that everything is correctly labelled and credit is given to individual people to see what you can do.
I labelled individual drawings/renderings, etc, but there's probably an easier way to do it. Maybe an illustration index?

I like the idea of an illustration index or at least an author's key. We'll see how it goes.
The portfolio I submitted was probably 75% group projects, and it didn't impact my acceptances at all, so I'd choose the projects that best represent your design sensibility, even if it was collaborative.
On projects where the work was clearly divided (renders, CAD, montage, etc.) I just listed my partners and their area of contribution at the beginning of the project, along with the professor and studio number. It kept it clean and left the rest of the spreads open for descriptive text.
